orig_photo250292_3117849Nov 18 Lanny KauferThis will be my first time bringing my musical multimedia performance to Oxnard College or anywhere in Oxnard, for that matter. The event is free and open to the public. It will be held from 1 to 2 p.m. in the Performing Arts Building. See flyer for more details and contact information.

This also will be my first presentation since returning from Atlanta last month where I attended the 50th Anniversary Reunion of the SCOPE Project that sent me to the South in 1965 as a volunteer in Dr. King’s Voting Rights Movement. I’m more inspired than ever to share my story and the successes of our project, knowing that many of the issues we faced are still relevant today. I hope to see you there!
