This evening presentation for the student body at Nordhoff High School is free and open to the public. I will share my story of meeting Dr. King and volunteering for his SCOPE Project in the South in 1965 with a slideshow, music, and spoken word. PLEASE NOTE: This presentation includes some graphic images that may not be suitable for children younger than 8th grade who have not studied slavery, racism, the Civil War, etc.
